A prop is poker
player who plays poker with their own funds and is paid by the
poker room according to the number of hands played or a per
hour basis. Additionally, a Prop Player is required to
keep short handed games alive and start new games as needed.
There are advantages and disadvantages to being a Prop Player.
One of the biggest advantages is improving your short handed
game and becoming a better overall poker player. Some
disadvantages include playing shorthanded games and moving
from game to game.
We are
contracted by several online poker rooms to provide qualified
poker players wishing to be Online Poker Props. Our
staff monitors the contracted casino tables to ensure new
games are started and props are on board. Prop Managers
will direct you to the poker room that has a need players.
Currently we are seeking poker players for Limit Texas Hold'em
and Limit Omaha H/L. Limits available are $2/4 to $10/20
and $1/2 No Limit.
You will be paid weekly by the Online Poker Room directly into
your online poker account and you are free to cash out any
portion of your bankroll anytime once you've been paid.
It is recommended that you keep a sufficient balance (usually
100 times the big blind you are playing) in your online poker
account to absorb the bankroll swings that prevail in Poker.
For $2/4 Limit, $200.00 is usually sufficient. A Prop
Player should have a basic knowledge of all games and should
work at improving their game at all times. It is also
important that props have sufficient experience in playing all
games of poker... Not just Texas Hold'em.
Poker Props may
be eligible for poker room promotions/bonuses.
This depends entirely on the Poker Room and we do our best to
include deposit bonuses for a our new prop players. As a
prop players, you may play in tournaments and receive the
bonuses prizes associated with the tournament.
